Our Shepherds Hut newly built in 2021 sleeps 2 people and nestles nicely into it's own private space just next to the house, which is in a gorgeous rural location in the heart of Snowdonia national park. This hut has electricity, central heating, and hot water making it a cosy and warm place to stay all year round. There is an outdoor firepit/BBQ with table and bench to sit and eat, where you can take in the beautiful view. It's a perfect location for keen walkers and popular area for cyclist's.

The Barn at Tan Y Rhiw nestles in the Nanmor valley, surrounded by ancient woodland, with spectacular views of Moel Ddu. A safe place to retreat from the world, and reconnect with nature, over two miles from the main road. Relaxing in the private garden listen to owls hooting or cuckoos calling. Walking from the door leads you to an old drovers track, or higher up through bilberry scrub to Cnicht, the Welsh Matterhorn, or along lanes and paths to secluded swimming spots in rivers and lakes.

2 bed /2 bath luxury barn conversion with hot tub

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Experience the ultimate getaway in our off-grid Shepherd's Huts next to Barlwyd Lake. Wake up to breathtaking views of Ffestiniog's mountains, quarries, and valleys.
