Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι 47 τετραγωνικών στην καρδιά της πόλης των Πατρών, ένα τετράγωνο κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία Γεωργίου της Πάτρας. Εχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο , μικρό καθιστικό και κουζίνα. Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις.
