Η αγροικία είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά ενός βουνού με θέα την παραλία της Καλαμίτσας, μέσα σε ένα κτήμα 70 στρεμμάτων. Αποτελείται απο ισόγειο και έναν όροφο. Και τα δύο επίπεδα έχουν υπνοδωμάτια, μπάνια, κουζίνα και καθιστικό. Η πρόσβαση στον όροφο είναι από μία εξωτερική σκάλα έτσι ώστε τα δύο επίπεδα να είναι εντελώς ανεξάρτητα και αυτόνομα.
