The Garden Flat - Ardullie Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil historic getaway within a Grade 11 listed building, perfectly located on NC500 route just above the Cromarty Firth. A great base for exploring the highlands. The lodge was visited by the Queen Mother each year for lunch on her way to stay at the Castle of Mey. The Garden Flat is a luxury self contained flat, each bedoom zip and link King size beds which can be seperated into twin beds. A large contained garden, loved by our visitors canine companions.

Located next to the Dingwall Railway Station offering an easy commute directly to the Inverness city centre. Ross County football stadium is also a 3 minute walk away. Located in the beautiful and peaceful scenery of the Highlands of Scotland. You’ll love my place because of serenity and central location for exploring the Highlands. This is a countryside location and requires a car to travel. The nearest shop, restaurant and bus service is 2 miles away in Strathpeffer. Please remember that this is a flat that was originally a granny flat and there is some noise from the property above, please understand this if you book. Please do not book if this bothers you.

Strathpeffer village with restaurants and shop (1 mile), Inverness (18 miles), North Coast 500 (2 miles).

Sealladh Dubh

Sealladh Dubh sits on the banks of the Cromarty Firth, there's fishing - permit required - on the doorstep,beautiful views over the Black Isle. Dingwall town centre is a 10 minute walk - aprox 1/2 mile - with many cafes, restaurants, hotels, and pubs. The North Coast 500 route also passes through Dingwall. Hill walking and nature trails are also easily accessible or if it's beaches you're after, there's an abundance. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, bread, water and butter.

The Factor’s Office, Nutwood House

The Factor's Office is a luxury boutique room, with separate entrance, garden space and ensuite, situated as part of the historic Nutwood House. Formally part of the Earl of Cromartie estate with magnificent views of the valley and less than 5 minutes walk to Strathpeffer village and amenities. Situated in a beautiful peaceful location, a great base to explore the Highlands. There are many activities to enjoy, forest walks, mountain biking, fishing etc. Can also be booked with The Lodge.

The Courtyard, Foulis Castle, Highland Scotland

Foulis Castle, Evanton is near the ancient burgh of Dingwall. Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.

Set in the owner's grounds of Mackenzie House and close to all Strathpeffer village amenities. Off street parking at the door for up to two cars. Cosy, modern barn conversion on a Black Isle Farm

'The Tractor Shed' is a renovated 1860's steading situated on a small farm on the Black Isle just a mile off the A9 and NC500 route. The cosy house sits in the centre of the farmyard. We have great views over Ben Wyvis and the hills to the west. A peaceful, quirky place to stay in the rural countryside yet not too far from Inverness and other local attractions such as Loch Ness and Culloden. Great for couples, small family groups or solo adventurers.
