THE RIVERSIDE SUITE with POOL easy to reach Venice

Near the highway A4 and the bus stop going to Venice and Padua in less than 30 min. In the center, bright, simple and elegant. Overlooking the river with beautiful views. It equipped with every comfort, free wi fi, smart TV, microwave oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, air conditioning, washer / dryer, safety box. We are partner of a beach club 1,5 km away with a free use of pool for our guests. Pool will be open from 01/06/2025, till Sunday 01/09/ 2025. Closed in case of bad weather.

Time slows down at Casa Margherita. This is the ideal location to relax and detox from the day to day stress. You can enjoy long bike rides on one of the longest cycling lane in Italy (bikes are provided at the house), visit several historical places (see guidebook), travel to Delta Po or spent a day at the spa in Colli Euganei or simply relax watching a movie in the big double sofas in front of the fireplace. The house is surrounded by fields but easily accessible and close to all amenities.

Located in the residential area of Marghera called "città giardino". Families with children and small pets are always welcome! We speak English, German and Spanish. Internal car parking available. The touristic city tax (€4,00 for each adult per night) is not included in the price and it has to be paid at the check in. Renovated October 2023!!!

My accommodation is close to Thiene, Marostica, 30 minutes from Bassano del Grappa, art and culture, magnificent panoramic views. You will like my accommodation for these reasons: the views, the location, the atmosphere, surrounded by a park of 900 olive trees a touch of Tuscany in the center of Veneto 5 minutes from the motorway near the most beautiful cities in Veneto Venice Verona Vicenza Treviso. We are pleased to welcome you, together with our beloved dog Otto, to our dependance which is part of a nineteenth-century country villa on the way to Venice. The villa is located on the Brenta's Riviera that connects Venice in Padua, surrounded by amazing Palladian's mansions. The accomodation is strategically located: Padua can be easily reached by bus, train, bike or car in less then 15 minutes and Venice is less than half an hour away by train, with the train station 800 meters away.
