Within its impressive city walls you will find a warm welcome in this ancient house B&B. The original features of the house are 1,800 years old. It possesses many characteristic features, an internal courtyard with a charming fountain, thick medieval walls, high ceilings and modern comfort. On the first floor you will have your private apartment with ensuite bathroom, 1 double bedroom, a sitting room with a writing desk and a private romantic balcony facing the quite internal courtyard. Further a communal library is available for your perusal. A lovely breakfast is served in the main dining room. Your host Antonio can provide you with tourist and cultural information. Mdina is an ideal starting point to discover the islands many sights, natural beaches and is good for hiking, biking and horse riding. Wifi available. Parking space, sightseeing tour-buses and public transport (connection to the airport) are at 3 min. walk away. Note: Suited for 2 persons or for 1 person. Bed linen and towels provided. Languages spoken are English, Italian and Maltese. Water and Electricity : Water in Malta is a rare commodity which is becoming a greater issue due to the lack of rain and Global warming. Antonio, is very environmental conscious and the environment is a subject close to his heart. He encourages guests to be aware of the water and electricity consumption as this obviously has an impact on the environment. Antonio also has PV Panels installed in the house to maximize on the islands natural resource, the sun. Parking: For guests staying at Antonio's residence under 7 nights will have complimentary parking outside the city walls (200 meters) away from the residence. For guests staying over 7 nights Antonio will get you a parking pass within the city walls. Parking is always subject to availability Accessibility: The apartment is not friendly to wheelchair users due to its historical architecture.

Castelli Porta - Unique castle stay with sea view

This apartment is in the first floor of a recently renovated Venetian building (dating from the 15th century). The house itself is in the main entrance of the fortified part of the village (Kasteli). In the old center all the streets are pedestrian and therefore the area is very calm. From the apartment you can enjoy an amazing sea view and it takes only a 10 min drive to arrive to the beach. The entire house consists of the 2 apartments (Loggia & Porta) which in total can accommodate 8 people.

It's the village of the KYRIMIS clan fighting vendetta wars but now gone and quiet with only their towers still standing and whispering past history.

Molendini is a 17th Century House, built when the island was ruled by The Knights of St John. The house enjoys original features such as mill room, built in traditional locally cut stone, with all the modern comforts. It is located in the quiet hamlet of Birbuba in the village Gharb. This property is set on approx 400m2 of land with country & sea views and tal-Jordan light house off in the distance. It is ideally located for country walks, walks to cliffs, village square and to Wied il-Mielah.
