Enjoy your holiday in our modern studio with balcony and vegetable garden in the bustling seaside village Agia Anna. Our Cycladic-style building is located on the main road within walking distance from many restaurants, beach bars and the most popular beaches of Naxos! We are located 500m from Agia Anna beach, 11 minutes from Naxos Town (port) by car and 6 minutes from the airport. The host occupies a separate private apartment in the building and is readily available for help and suggestions.

Cozy Studio (2) close to Naxos center

Our place is a semibasement studio , with private bathroom and a common use terrace .There is cooking equipment .We are flexible relating check-in and check out when it is Feasible. The studio is at a very good location ten minutes away ,on foot , from the central square and the well known St. George beach. The bus station towards the best beach of the island (St.Prokopios) is 50 meters away and there is in short distance Supermarket,Cafe,Public parking,Bakery, Grill House and Open Air Cinema.

Naxian Stema (Pearl)

*The Naxian Stema is just a breath away (less than 150m or a 3-minute walk) from the island's most popular beach, Agios Prokopios. It is a brand new facility, as 2017 was the first year of its operation! *The apartment is a fully furnished, cool semi-basement, offers free Wi-Fi and includes refined amenities. You may also use a common veranda and the swing in the beautiful garden of the estate. *Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the bus and taxi station are within less than a 3-minute walk.

You can enjoy a side sea view and as you can see in the photos it is 15 steps from the sea. 10 meters away there is Sun Kyma café- bar-restaurant, where you can enjoy your meal you want during the day cocktails or breakfast . Next to the rooms you will find FLISVOS watersports club as well as a lovely sandy beach with sunbeds. You will find my place 10-15 minutes walking from the center of Naxos town (Chora) , 10 minutes by car from the port of Chora and 30-40 minutes walking with luggage.
