We mean it’s a 2 bedroom apartment which contains one double bed in each of the bedrooms so that means four people can be accommodated in these 2 bedrooms. 2/couples or a family of siblings who can share beds and for the couch it can accommodate two children or one adult. if it happens that individually you want to sleep separately, it can only contain 3 guest which means one person in one room and one person on the couch.
