Joya's House

Traditional Cycladic stone house in the village of Agkairia in the south of Paros. Located on a private plot of land offering privacy and plenty of space, 2 km from Alyki, 2.5 km from Faragas beach, 11 km from Parοikia and 22 km from Naousa. The bus that passes through the village does not run frequently and it only travels to and from the port of Paroikia. This means that a car or scooter is absolutely necessary, so that you can reach all points of interest on the island easily and fast.

Villa Haritomeni 1

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο, κομψό χώρο.Το σπιτι είναι 17 τμ.αλλα έχει όλες τις ανέσεις για ευχάριστη διαμονή δύο ατομων.Η θέα είναι υπέροχη !Yπαρχει εξωτερικη μινι πισινα 4 τ.μ.Δεν υπάρχει χώρος για παιδικό κρεβατάκι ούτε ανέσεις για φιλοξενία ενός παιδιού( η βρέφους).Είναι αποκλειστικά για 2 ενήλικες
