Joya's House

Traditional Cycladic stone house in the village of Agkairia in the south of Paros. Located on a private plot of land offering privacy and plenty of space, 2 km from Alyki, 2.5 km from Faragas beach, 11 km from Parοikia and 22 km from Naousa. The bus that passes through the village does not run frequently and it only travels to and from the port of Paroikia. This means that a car or scooter is absolutely necessary, so that you can reach all points of interest on the island easily and fast.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats.
