Cozy Modern Tiny House

Stylish, modern tiny house conveniently located between Sequim and Pt. Angeles. Enjoy morning coffee on the covered deck, sip a beverage while sitting next to the firepit in the private garden or simply gaze at the changing weather patterns over the Straight of Juan de Fuca. The home is best suited for two or one persons and guests must be physically fit to climb the sturdy ladder to the loft. Home not really suitable for small children. No pets and no smoking in the house or on the deck.

While the A-Frame is near our home and has two neighboring houses slightly visible it resides in a private nook amongst the trees. We share a driveway, but you have a designated parking spot. Outside you can enjoy your private deck, hot tub, fire pit, hammock, chicken coop, or walk down the gravel road.

On a quaint country road with views of the Olympic mountains to the south and the Salish sea to the north you will find a 5 acre sheep farm that we call (with a nod to the Scottish tradition) the Crofts. Our Katmoget Croft is light and airy with high ceilings, quirky decor and windows on all sides that frame the pastoral surroundings. It features a well-appointed kitchen with bar seating, comfortable queen bed, flat screen tv, starlink internet, and large patio/outdoor living area.
