Welcome to Kanda East, our lovingly restored home that dates back to the 1970s. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to our local beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda West adjoins this property, and sleeps two extra people in one bedroom.

You walk just 5 minutes to the beautiful Coconut beach and 3 minutes to the main road where you can easy get a Tuktuk to drive for example to the closest city’s Weligama (5 Kilometer) or Ahangama (6 Kilometer). At the same time all famous surf spots are close to reach for beginners and pros: Coconut, Plantations, Rams, Lazy Left and Lazy right.
