Welcome to Kanda West, our lovingly restored home that dates back to the 1970s. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, while being a 1-minute walk to one of the best cafes in the area, a 3-minute walk to a beach that's great for snorkelling and swimming, and less than 10 minutes walk to our nearest surf spot. The house comes with its own private pluge pool too, an essential in the Tropics! For larger groups, Kanda East adjoins this property, and sleeps four extra people in two bedrooms.

Welcome to Pavilion Garden House, our pocket-sized piece of paradise on the edge of the jungle near Ahangama. This is the perfect place for couples or solo travellers to relax and unwind, surrounded by wonderful nature, whilst being conveniently located close to the beaches, excellent surf and buzzing atmosphere of Ahangama town. Paralian Beach House | 3BR Pool Villa with Garden

Paralian is designed for slow coastal living, with simple spaces, soft light, and an easy rhythm between indoors and outdoors. This three-bedroom beach house sits just off Ahangama’s main road on Imaduwa Road, offering a calm base close to the area’s surf, cafés, and coastline. Each king bedroom includes a private ensuite, while a main kitchen, separate drinks kitchen, and indoor–outdoor dining areas create relaxed shared living, balancing communal space with privacy in a quieter setting.

Cococabana Beach House. Sole use with pool.

A European owned, self catering beach house in a secluded bay in Thalaramba, just minutes from lively Mirissa and offering stylish accommodation. Perfect for a couple in the master bedroom and the newly revamped second bedroom has twin single beds for 2 children or 2 single adults. Tastefully decorated in Sri Lankan colonial style with separate sitting room and well equipped kitchen. Fibre wifi connection with 100 mbps for those working as digital nomads. There is NO AC but with fans.

Hidden in a jungle glade, close to luxuriant nature, Vador Villa, spacious and secuded (330m2), has three double bedrooms, each with a luxury bathroom, one separate from the two main house bedrooms. Come together for outdoor dining in the pavilion. All is arranged around the private pool. Spacious terraces have glorious views over the water. Be pampered by the dedicated team. Licuala's Tropical House was built guided by the philosophy of simplicity and minimalism, inspired to maximise the use of space. This house sleeps 3 as the large daybed downstairs doubles up as a single bed. This is one of five hideaway homes on the estate. Each house is hidden by its own flora and fauna. Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.
