You're minutes from the Gaslight District of Petoskey, the elegance of Harbor Springs, Lake Michigan sandy beach, and a scenic 30 miles from Mackinaw City for the Mackinac Island ferry. Kayak, hike or bike the North Western State Trail, or sip wine lakeside in the courtyard or private balcony.

We offer a covered boat slip. Peaceful & secluded, yet walking distance from town. Full kitchen w/dishwasher, Keurig, W& D. Please note that this is a place for those that love outdoors & has no air conditioning, wi-fi or cable. Verizon & AT&T in area. Fire pit outside. We are pet friendly but we've had a few instances that have resulted in us having to adopt a pet policy & pet fee. We charge $25/night, per pet, max of $250. Upon booking, call us & we will send policy form & collect payment.

Come home each evening to relax under a starlight canopy and s'mores at the fire pit. We’re booked for much of the season, but cancellations happen—and it’s never too early to plan ahead!

My little home has everything you need for your up north getaway with so many options of outdoor amenities/activities! Walking trail that leads to the cute town of Alanson where there is dining and shops. Take a dip in the pool and have a picnic, play tennis or pickleball. Enjoy a bonfire under the trees in the backyard. You can't beat the location, with easy access to Crooked River, Petoskey, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City. *Boat Launch at the river for a $15 fee.
