"La Maddalena" welcomes and offers you a relaxing holiday in the nice town of Albenga. The apartment situated in a privileged position within the old town of Albenga, nearby you can find lots of restaurants cooking pizza, bars, pubs and in particular.. For less than 1 km (only 12 minutes), our sea with nice beaches. Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Services included: electricity, water, gas, TV, heating and final cleaning. Furnished apartment for tourist use. Services on payment: sheets and towels (5 euros per person). Better than a hotel, a bed & breakfast, but with use of kitchen!

Nel cuore della città, adiacente alla centralissima Piazza del Popolo, alle porte del centro storico e vicino al viale alberato che porta al mare, “Tiffany House” è una deliziosa mansarda di nuova costruzione, pronta per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Raggiungibile a piedi in soli 5 minuti dalla stazione, l’alloggio si compone di una camera da letto matrimoniale ed un soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano letto. Un bagno spazioso, ed un pittoresco balcone affacciato sui tetti della città. Free WiFi!

Appartamento centralissimo si affaccia sul viale alberato in centro ad Albenga che collega il centro storico a 350 m ed il mare a 700 m, con balcone, ristrutturato con aria condizionata, TV, lavastoviglie, 1 bagno con doccia e vasca e 1 bagno servizio. Si prediligono affitti settimanali durate i periodi di vacanza con un minimo di 3 notti. Spese utenze comprese. Al prezzo finale ci sono da aggiungere 50 € per la pulizia e biancheria da pagare in contanti alla consegna delle chiavi.009002-LT-0347

L'alloggio è situato nel centro di Villa Faraldi, un paesino tranquillo nell'entroterra Ligure. Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Nel centro di Alassio, a pochi passi dal budello e a 50 metri dal mare, questo appartamento apparteneva ai nonni che - da bravi torinesi - amavano la villeggiatura d'inverno. Noi l'abbiamo completamente ristrutturato con ogni comfort: wifi, aria condizionata, smart tv, persino una macchina del ghiaccio! L'arredo è un mix tra elementi di design e qualche tocco vintage, per mantenere un legame con la casa che è stata. Posto auto gratuito incluso - indispensabile qui! CITRA: 009001-LT-0738

Alloggio posto al 5^ piano di un condominio con ascensore, con splendida vista sulle Torri, simbolo di Albenga. Casa ai Giardini è strategicamente posizionata nel centro storico, a poca distanza dal mare e a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, da dove parte anche il bus per il parco acquatico "Le Caravelle". Comodo a tutti i principali servizi e movida . Sotto casa troviamo taxi e le fermate per gli autobus di linea che collegano la città a tutta la riviera Ligure di Ponente.

L'appartamento è inserito in una villa all'interno di una azienda agricola dove produciamo olive e arance amare. Troverete rilassante soggiornare a Casa Novaro perché pur essendo a pochi km dal centro è situato al riparo dal rumore, inserito in un ambiente naturale con una bellissima vista. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie e famiglie.

La Casetta sul Mare

Small house immersed in the Mediterranean flora, surrounded by pine trees and agaves, with a breathtaking view. Unique for its position overlooking the sea, quiet and isolated but easily accessible. The beach can be easily reached within a few minutes walk down the hill. There you have access to long cycle path that crosses the Ligurian Riviera. To the centre of Oneglia with its characteristic harbor is only 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car.
