A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

This architectural luxury warm and modern 3/4 bed home plus studio is close to Wanaka, the local trails, the lake and the river. It has expansive mountain views, a huge lawn and privacy. The house is perfect for winter & summer with an underfloor heating and cooling. Enjoy the gas fired hot tub, sauna, ice bath and shower after a day out on the mountain or the lake. There's also plenty of fun and fitness options too including a trampoline, outdoor games, treadmill and yoga/gym equipment.

This self-contained space offers a peaceful retreat just 2.3km from town (approximately a 25min walk or 5min drive). The apartment has its own private entrance and is located in a quiet area, making it ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka.
