Luxe Private Sunny Studio

NO EXTRA COSTS The studio is attached to our residence, accessed by its own private entrance Brand new , modern decor , lounge area, queen bed , ensuite with super deep bath tub. The space has a mini fridge, microwave, tea, coffee, milk, jug ,cutlery, and crockery. There are no cooking facilities. You will be staying in a quiet residential subdivision, approximately 8-10 minute drive from the centre of town. 1 minute walk is a cafe/restaurant and garden bar and a well stocked grocery shop.

Wanaka Cedar Loft

**The loft is 1.5kms, 2 mins drive to the town & about a 20 min walk for the average person)- If this is beyond your fitness capability, or your preference to be close to town- please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. The loft is above our garage, up a private staircase the loft has open plan -living, sleeping, dining with a kitchenette, It also has laundry facilities. It is quiet, cosy, well appointed & very private with beautiful views.

A Good Find

A well appointed studio room with a private entrance and sweeping views of the mountains. The studio contains a queen bed, private ensuite, outdoor patio, and garden area. There are coffee and tea making facilities, but the room does not have a kitchen or fridge. Please note that we live onsite and have a toddler 👶 and a dog 🐶 which means our house is not always peaceful! We do our best to be welcoming, friendly and share our little slice of paradise. We have two e-bikes available for hire.

Minaret Guest Suite is your peaceful retreat in Wānaka’s Peninsula Bay, with mountain views and walking trails on your doorstep. Nearby Beacon Point beach is great for a picnic, lake-dip or sunset. Wanaka's shops, restaurants and takeaways are just a 10 minute drive away. Minaret Guest Suite is part of our house and separated by a solid, locked internal door. You may hear house noise from us and our zoomie-loving dogs. Enjoy your own space, privacy and entrance with self check-in via lockbox.

Set on an acre with gorgeous mountain views and all day sun. This new purpose built, architecturally designed room with ensuite has it's own separate entry and is private from the rest of the home. You have your own outdoor area. Linen & towels supplied. Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster & bar fridge in the room. Wifi & Netflix available. It's stylish & luxuriously appointed and immaculately presented. 4km from the lake and down the road from a boat ramp, river & bike trails.
