The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Every timber was milled from our family land. Insulation is clay-straw and the walls are natural plaster. Come enjoy our beautiful detached cottage, in a Concordia alley 5 blocks from Alberta Street. French doors lead onto your own private patio. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need. The cottage is designed to be self sufficient, and full of natural light. Take a stroll through the alleyways and wander through Alberta park to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a very bike friendly neighborhood. We are also connected by bus lines to downtown.
