This private studio has a patio/yard and easy access to ABQ's great NM restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. The studio is equipped with a king bed, full bath, walk-in closet and daybed for a 3rd person.

Perfect for solo or couples and within a few minutes walk to The Bosque trails and Rio Grande River. Bird watch, bike ride, walk along nature trails, or a short driving distance to Old Town/ Downtown Albuquerque. We are centrally located within Albuquerque and are a short driving distance to restaurants, but not within walking distance.

High vaulted wood beam ceilings & clearstory windows give the home an expansive & luxurious feel with lots of natural light. Blackout shades in the bedrooms ensures that daylight does not disturb your sleep. Decorated with a nod to the Orient, fully furnished, & fully equipped with central heat and A/C.

Walkable downtown neighborhood close to Old Town Plaza, Nobhill, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and parks. Private courtyard and access to a lush backyard. Easily accessible to freeway. ONE SMALL DOG welcome without host approval, anything else needs host approval.

Casa de Columbia A, Central Abq/UNM Area

Located n the heart of Abq’s University Neighborhood. This Casa is beautiful and comfortable, newly remodeled 2 bedroom house. Guests have full access and no part is shared. It is centrally located 4 blocks from the University of NM, restaurants and Starbucks!! It is decorated with a modern flair for your comfort and enjoyment. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. There is a private outdoor space with seating and a gas BBQ grill available.
