The cottage has two luxurious king size bedrooms and an equally comfortable twin room, all with en-suite facilities. Downstairs is an open plan living, dining and kitchen space with high end appliances and outside is a beautiful garden for al fresco dining.

Located in central Manningtree, this flat is within walking distance of the beach (3 minutes), the local pub and wine bar (2 minutes), the train station (10 mins) and several brilliant restaurants (5 minutes). Self-contained, the flat has a small patio garden at the front where you can sit and watch the world go by. Accommodation is one double bedroom and one small double sofa-bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchen. This is a little gem at the heart of our beautiful town.

The flat has recently been completely refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room, smart TV and fast broadband. It has its own garden space where guests can relax or eat outside.
