Lake Norman private retreat

Private lakeside entrance, downstairs is yours. Sandy beach, long pier, fire pit, 3 adult kayaks, I smaller kayak, various floats, & 3 paddle boards. Life jacket assortment& beach towels. Residential area. No guests, parties,groups,or Late, loud music-use of the amenities is for the guests only. Well behaved pets,housebroken, shots/neutered. Additional fee of $20 night per pet-prior approval . 4 guests included additional guest $30 per night each limit 6 total. Longer stays 3 guests max.

Cozy cabin in the woods. You can anchor in and enjoy the peaceful quiet of the cove, sit by the fire, laze in the hammock. Or take advantage of being centrally located to many Lake Norman amenities. You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. The Blue Heron Suite, just like the majestic bird, is a symbol of patience and good luck. Perched above the Lake with direct access and views from every window. This suite is the entire lower level. Kayak over to the Waterfall dam. Swim out to a sandbar. Boat Rentals are within walking distance. Deep water at dock year round. Grill out over the outdoor charcoal grill , or check out the local eateries. Minutes from shopping, restaurants and local night life.
