Swan House (To Σπίτι του Κύκνου) is a lovingly restored 200-year-old village home in Karavas. Each apartment offers modern comfort while maintaining its traditional charm. Lemonokipos Taverna and Karavas Bakery are walking distance from the house. Katouni Bridge Villa

Kythira is a paradise. The island where the Goddess of love, Aphrodite, spawned from the shores of Paliopoli and where Paris and Helen escaped from Sparta and were married. Katouni is a smaller village of Livadi, connected to it by the famous Katouni Bridge - built by the British during occupation, as the general fell in love with a girl on the other side. Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Villa Anastasia is an 1801 historical family home, fully restored in 2021. A celebration of natural materials with a modern rustic aesthetic, the overall result is a calm and sophisticated space offering a breathtaking sunset view of the Mediterranean Sea.
