It's located on the main road of Alikanas town with all the amenities within 1-4 min (max) walking distance (super markets,pharmacy,bakery, grocery shops,ATM,car-rentals,snack-bars, restaurants,coffee shops,souvenir shops,bars & pubs). Several beaches with crystal-clear turquoise waters are around with the nearest(Alikanas beach)in less than 7 min walk (200m).

The ground-floor Deluxe Double Studio is a 30 sqm open-plan room with a double bed, kitchenette (small fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and kitchenware). Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi. The furnished veranda offers stunning sea views. Accommodates up to 2 guests, with a free baby cot available upon request for children up to 2 years old.
