Nestled in the protected valley of the Whiteadder Water only 250m from the river with its salmon and trout fishing, lie “ Heather” and “Thyme”, our two high quality, traditionally styled luxurious shepherds huts. This is a largely undiscovered part of Berwickshire yet the beautiful Borders towns of Kelso, Melrose and Peebles are less than an hour’s drive away while the centre of Edinburgh is but a little over an hour distant by car. The beautiful east coast beaches are in as little as 30 mins.

Nestled in a private plum orchard on a 50 acre organic farm with unspoilt views , ‘Plum Orchard Cabin’ is the perfect relaxing retreat for singles and couples. With views across lush green fields, guests can enjoy the stunning sunrise and sunsets, whilst soaking in the Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub. Located in a conservation village in the Scottish Borders and within (40min) walking distance of shops and pubs, guests can experience the best of both worlds - village life and farm life.

A space to rest and relax in the Scottish Borders

Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

Lime Tree Cottage is situated on our family farm, close to the steading and surrounded by mature trees. Recently renovated to include super fast broadband, the cottage provides luxury accommodation for 4. Scenic walks from your door with cattle and sheep nearby and a variety of woodlands to explore. This is an ideal location to explore East Berwickshire, with Coldingham Bay and St. Abbs Head National Nature Reserve nearby. Edinburgh is one hour away, famous for its Castle and festivals.

Sitting completely on its own at the edge of the Northumbrian moors, The View is a modern, off-grid cabin that allows you to truly ‘get away from it all.’ Gazing out over the Cheviots, this truly unique space is blessed with no surrounding buildings or neighbouring accommodation - offering total tranquility. Head out hill walking by day, then return to relax by the roaring fire. Sip a drink and watch as the weather rolls by. When night falls, soak in the silence and gaze up at the stars.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

You’ll love Greenloaning Cottage because it is comfortable, clean and cosy. Situated on the edge of a lovely Borders village close to all that the Scottish Borders has to offer. Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
