It’s not chaotic or loud though. You have your own private place and entrance. Close to Main Street, Frostburg State University, the Great Allegheny Passage, and more. Just a few miles from I68. Enjoy this cozy place and bring your furry friends. Lots of nearby hiking, biking, and outdoor adventures.

A quaint, quiet cabin to let you clear your mind and spirit after a day of hiking, biking or kayaking since we are only five miles from both the Paw Paw tunnel and the Potomac river. The cabin is equipped with electric, heating, stove top, microwave, large deck, hammock chairs, horseshoe pit, 2 double size futons with room to spare, indoor toilet but BEST of all is showering outside!

Cumberland Street House -GAP trail perfection!

Cyclists dream come true! The Cumberland Street House is less than a quarter mile from the Great Allegheny Passage - perfect for large groups! All of Cumberland's charm within walking distance. Downtown restaurants and shops only a half a mile away. Historic district, Cumberland Theatre & Western Maryland Scenic Railroad are just around the corner. Bikes can easily be stowed in the back room off the kitchen. Easy parking, and fenced-in yard is great for kids and pooches.

The River House

A cozy, spacious and private get away with access to entire finished house. Located river front of the South Branch of the Potomac River, giving it the best view in the area. This cottage is also within 3 miles of C&O Canal, 17 miles from Historical Romney, 15 miles to Cumberland, MD and 10 miles to the Paw Paw, WV tunnel. 2 kayaks and 1 canoe available for river excursions. Come enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing or simply soak in all nature has to offer in the backyard.

The Sanctuary

Just 2 hrs from Baltimore and DC, The Sanctuary is a perfect weekend mountain escape to get away from it all and connect with nature while still enjoying some luxury amenities. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin situated on 6+ acres in the mountains outside Berkeley Springs, WV. It includes spacious outdoor living space, a hot tub, sauna, grill and a separate bathhouse. This unique property was built in the 1850's and has been lovingly restored to embrace it's history, as well as provide all of the modern amenities you'd expect.

This stylish and unique place sets the stage for a memorable trip. You will feel right at home in this studio equipped with all the conveniences of home. Studio is in own private space with own entrance where you can sip some coffee on either of the patios. It is also located steps away from the hot tub. This studio apartment is located 1 mile off interstate 68. It is convenient to local restaurants in walking distance.
