This two-bedroom cottage has everything you need. Sleeps up to 8, perfect for families, couples, fishermen and any nature lover. Two kayaks with paddles and firewood included. We also have a variety of life jackets available. 2-night minimum required most weekends.

The water is usually deep enough to swim in front of the house, and you can float for miles! You can fish right from the yard and catch trout, small-mouth bass, rock bass, and lots more!

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.
