"Mozzio Antica" è una antica dimora situata nel centro storico della piccola Fraz. Mozzio di Crodo (VB), sulle montagne della Valle Antigorio, a quota 820 metri s.l.m. Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

Privates Feriendörfchen mit Aussicht, 2 Rustici

Ihr eigenes, kleines Feriendörfchen, ein Steinwurf von Lavertezzo und der schönen Verzasca entfernt. Das Dorf besteht aus 2 typischen, 300 Jahre alten Rustici mit authentischen Granit Dächern. Ideal für einen Urlaub mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Freunden oder Familie, insgesamt stehen 12 Schlafplätze zur Verfügung. Die Rustici liegen ruhig, dennoch ist die Verzasca nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt zu einem kühlenden Bad ein. Bushaltestelle & 2 Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Zentral gelegen, ruhige Lage

Deine Unterkunft liegt am Taleingang zum Baltschiedertal und du bist von Natur umgeben. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss, von wo man über das ganze Dorf schauen kann. Hier ist es sehr ruhig und die Natur um dich herum trägt zu deiner Erholung bei. Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist Baltschieder ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Outdoor Aktivitäten, in 30 - 70 Minuten erreichst du alle grossen Ski- und Wanderorte. Bei schlechtem Wetter gibt es Thermalbäder oder Indoor Sporthallen in der Nähe.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

Si trova nel piccolo borgo di Creggio, ai piedi dell’omonima torre medievale e del comune di Trontano, in posizione strategica, vicina all’imbocco della Valle Vigezzo e a soli 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Domodossola.

Casa Cincilla über dem Lago Maggiore

Meine Ferienwohnung gehört zu Ronco und hat eine grandiose Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore. Entfernung bis zum Dorf Ronco: 10 Min zu Fuss. Die Bushaltestelle "Cimitero" (Friedhof) ist 50 m vom Eingang entfernt. Ronco (353 m ü.M.) hat 700 Einwohner und 4 Restaurants. Entfernung nach Ascona: 15 Min mit dem Auto. Die Ferienwohnung wurde 2016 fertig gestellt. Sie ist klein (28 qm) aber fein (durchweg neue hochwertige Ausstattung). Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung.

Wer ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in der Aletsch Arena und Umgebung erleben möchte, ist das Chalet Moosij der perfekte Aufenthalt. Rustikale, heimelige 2 1/2 Zimmer Wohnung im 1. OG oberhalb Fieschertal zu vermieten. Umgeben von schönen Blumenwiesen mit Aussicht auf die Berge, faszinierende alte Walliserspycher und dem idylischen Rauschen des Baches. Inkl. Parkplatz. Im EG wohnt der Vermieter (Frühling bis Herbst) der den Gästen gerne mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht.

An einer ruhigen Lage am Hang oberhalb Locarno befindet sich das Zweifamilienhaus, welches wir bis Ende März 2020 komplett umgebaut haben; ein wahres Bijou ist entstanden. Es verfügt über verschiedene sonnige und schattige Plätzchen rund ums Haus und eine wunderbare 180-Grad-Aussicht über den Lago Maggiore und Locarno Siehe auch unsere zweite Wohnung "Bijou Cimetta" im gleichen Haus.
