The villa sleeps up to 6 in 3 bedrooms with A/C, ensuite bathrooms and four poster beds: 2 doubles and one with 2 singles. Free wifi, filtered water and breakfast with fruits, eggs, toast and homemade jam. The chef and houseboy living in the nearby service house will be on hand to look after you and the veranda is ideal for relaxing and dining overlooking the 40 foot pool and Madampe Lake.

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.
