Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Enjoy your very own country living retreat! Our pet friendly home sleeps 8 with a large fenced in yard, so bring the kids & furry friends. There is a big backyard and lots of trees providing privacy. The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place

Originally built for a leather factory owner named Thomas Looby, The Salem house is now a beautiful opportunity to visit Salem in a distinguished space. Exactly one mile from downtown with off street parking, staying here allows being away from the craziness of the city center while intimately experiencing Salem by staying in a historic colonial home.
