This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. The home is a short walk to restaurants, including the Double Musky (voted #1 in AK), the town square & Girdwood Brewery! The home has a BBQ, and a record player with lots of classic vinyl! For bedtime, relax in a king bed, a queen reclining/adjustable bed, or make yourself at home in our full sized pullout couch.

Some great local activities are heli rides, snowmachine expeditions, hiking and much more!

This 16' partial off-grid unit is wood stove heated (cut wood included), or guests can use a space heater. Comfortable full bed. Basic kitchenette amenities available: microwave, hot plate, tools, pans. No plumbing; sink and toilet are an eco- friendly Boxio system. Next to a forested park with trails. Enjoy the hot tub, collect fresh chicken eggs, and breathe forest air!

If you’re lucky, you may have a front row seat to Lady Aurora dancing from the spacious and comfy hot tub! We are roughly forty-minutes North of the Airport, and 15 minutes away from downtown ER.
