A lofted 1 bedroom with King bed, living room, small kitchen and fair size shower bathroom. Interior in native spruce log and plank. A covered deck of 262sqft with private hot tub. This is a stand alone structure about 35ft from main house. Completion date was May20th starting operations 05/25/2022 thru Oct 15th. Photos are very current with grass and rock designs for a fully fenced yard. This cabin is very classy rustic appeal. Wood works are from bettle kill Alaska spruce. Tim & I. built it.ll

It sits on 5 acres with beautiful views and privacy, but is also only minutes away from shopping, highway access, trails for hiking, and other activities. There is a 2nd rental available on the property if you are traveling with a bigger group. Take time to enjoy the beauty of the grounds on the shared patio between the 2 properties. You may even catch a glimpse of a moose, fox, or other wildlife who frequent the grounds.

It is centrally located and it’s also near Kincaid Park, all shopping centers, and minutes away from downtown Anchorage.

Glacier Cabin is a one room cabin with a queen bed on the main floor and sitting area. The loft also has a queen bed, there is a ladder for the nimble to access!
