Located centrally, you are within walking distance to the village shop/cafe, two award winning pubs and the historic church. Lovely walks nearby including the famous Test Way. It’s deep in the heart of rural Hampshire and the beautiful Test Valley. It is close to many other pretty villages and historic towns and cities including Winchester and Salisbury, and offers access to many other places of interest. You can walk straight out onto your own patio and relax in the pretty garden

A centrally-located hideaway. Perfect for a visit to friends or family in Andover town or it's surrounding villages. Ideal for commuting or working, trips to restaurants, pubs, theatre or events or special occasions. Located just off the A303 and close to bus and train stations.

Spacious one bedroom annex in Hampshire village

Little Ashbrook is a newly renovated annex adjacent to our main home, on the edge of the pretty Hampshire village of Abbotts Ann. Just 5 minutes walk to 2 village pubs and an excellent award-winning, well stocked village shop and post office. Conveniently located to explore Iron Age forts, Stonehenge, Avebury, the bustling market town of Stockbridge, the Cathedral cities of Winchester and Salisbury, the New Forest and the South Coast. London Waterloo is an hour by train. A perfect escape!

Charming Coach House with Hot Tub

Gorgeous Hampshire coach house with hot tub and gym. Only 15 minutes from the A303 and Andover train station, in a quiet village with an excellent pub five minutes walk. Visit Stockbridge, Malborough, Highclere Castle,Stonehenge to name a few! The house is very spacious with two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath and shower, separate downstairs loo. In the winter it is super cosy with a log burner or enjoy a bbq in the summer months. Fresh eggs from our chickens will greet you upon arrival!

Beekeepers cottage, a cosy retreat by the stream

Beekeepers cottage was part of a watercress farm and is situated in the grounds of Bridge cottage with the pillhill chalk stream running past the door, a cosy cottage which if fully self contained, set in large grounds on the edge on the village, there is an abundance of wildlife, friendly ducks and resident chickens and a working apiary, fresh eggs and local honey when available, although it has a rural feel the town of Andover with all its amenities is an easy walk or short drive

Peaceful private annexe with far-reaching views

The first floor annexe is accessed via a covered external staircase. Home from home, cosy but spacious one bed (2 guests) accommodation with living space and kitchen. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks (weather allowing) with far reaching views over the Hampshire countryside. The annexe is adjacent to our home but is entirely private for guests' exclusive use. We will welcome you, and can answer any questions but we will also respect your privacy.

The Old Stables, Derrydown Farm

A spacious cottage - two bedroom, three bathroom - converted from old stables - part of a 15th century traditional Hampshire farmstead in a tranquil edge-of-village setting in the iconic Bourne Valley. Two local pubs and village shop plus historic 12th century church within a 10 minute walk along flat footpaths. One guest described St Mary Bourne as a "Miss Marple village". Anyway it's perfect for a get-away-from-it-all weekend or midweek break.

Detached, comfortable and self-contained annex for one person or a couple, in quiet surroundings with parking. Light, modern and airy. Easy reach of historic and natural beauty. Andover station 1.5 miles, London 1hr by train. Easy access A303/M3. I use this as a workspace and spare space for family when they visit, but also rent it out on Airbnb from time to time.
