The beach access is across the St from this cozy/comfortable beach house. This 3 bdrm (sleeps 7) & small bath ranch has a spacious garage, which offers extra living space perfect for hanging out. Grill on the lg patio/ have a fire at night. The location is peaceful & quiet and great spot to watch the sunset. Near stores, beach bars, Grandview Golf Couse and Sturgeon Point Marina. PLEASE NOTE: Summer rentals July-Aug requires a minimum 7 night stay Sun check in @ 4/Sun check out @ 10.
