A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Entre lac et montagnes, le logement est situé dans une copropriété au calme à 10 mn à pied de la plage et du port (restaurants les pieds dans l'eau, location de paddles, pédalos...). Commerces de proximité à 2 km : épicerie, boulangerie, boucherie, poste...

Vous pourrez prendre vos repas sur la terrasse ombragée, et vous détendre, avec une vue dégagée sur la vallée et les montagnes, appréciable aussi depuis les deux grandes chambres. Parfait aussi pour se reposer au calme lors d'un séjour professionnel !

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.
