Στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα θα βρείτε όλα τα απαραίτητα για προετοιμασία ενός γεύματος. Στις μεγάλες βεραντές μπορειτε να απολαυσετε την θαλασσα και το δασος, ενω ο κήπος της κατοικίας με γκαζόν, δέντρα και πολλά όμορφα φυτά θα σας προσφέρει γαληνή και ηρεμία.

It's an independent and comfortable apartment, 60 m2 with direct access to a beautiful garden and a great view of the sea from the living room and the bedroom. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port. Our guests can enjoy moments of relaxation between flights or book a full holiday away from the noise of the center but close enough (1,8km) if you want a restaurant or a pub.

The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.
