Η Villa αποτελείται από δύο κτίρια. Το 1ο κτίριο εκτείνεται σε δύο επίπεδα και το 2ο αποτελεί μια σουίτα με διπλό κρεβάτι, ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και ανεξάρτητη κουζίνα. Στον πρώτο όροφο του κτιρίου βρίσκονται η κουζίνα, το σαλόνι καθώς και δύο υπνοδωμάτια, το κάθε ένα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο.
