Grenache le corsé mordoré gekwalificeerd op 4 Genoemd naar de zeer populaire druivensoort, waarvan in onze regio heerlijke rode wijn gemaakt wordt. Het appartement (66m²) is comfortabel en geschikt voor één tot vier personen. De uitzichten vanuit de salon en vanaf het terras zijn adembenemend. Grenache beschikt over twee aparte slaapkamers. Één slaapkamer is gelegen op de benedenverdieping, de tweede op de bovenverdieping. Beide slaapkamers hebben een badkamer met inloopdouche en een wastafel.

Chez Alice is the topmost house in the beautiful village of Caramany. Since 2020 it has gone through extensive renovations, and it is opening for holidaymakers from late spring of 2024. The top floor has a breathtaking terrace that looks over the village all the way to the lake. An open plan living room and kitchen is beautifully furnished and light filled. The three bedrooms have top quality mattresses. The bathrooms are new. Other features are the vine covered terrace and the secret garden.

Maison Terra Rimbau - Collioure

Bienvenue à Terra Rimbau, ancienne maison de famille nichée au cœur du vignoble de Collioure, entre mer, montagne et nature préservée. Entièrement rénovée avec soin, cette maison vigneronne mêle authenticité, confort et esprit catalan. Construite sur la roche, elle dévoile dans certaines pièces les rochers naturels d’origine. Terrasses viticoles en schistes, vue sur les Albères, calme absolu avec les oiseaux et grands espaces extérieurs invitent à découvrir autrement la Côte Vermeille.

Zôme 12

Le zôme 12 est appelé ainsi car sa structure est ici composée de 12 rangées. Son architecture se base sur la géométrie sacrée, ce qui lui confère une énergie toute particulière: à l'intérieur on se sent autant ancré qu'élevé.  Il dégage de cette forme un sentiment de plénitude, de sacré et de céleste. Pour 4 pers. Terrasse de 25m2, vue sur les montagnes, petit espace thé et café (bouilloire, cafetière). Sanitaires sympas et cuisine d'été partagée à disposition pendant votre séjour!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Ce joli appartement est situé sur la dépendance de la maison au 1er étage. Non accessible et non équipé pour les personnes a mobilité réduite . N'hésitez pas à me contacter pour de plus amples informations. A environ 25 min des gorges de Galamus et 10 min de l'aqueduc d'Ansignan. Épicerie Pains et Plats préparés(commande la veille).
