It is just a 7-minute walk from both Apollonia and Artemonas. Please note that the house is not accessible by car. The nearest road is approximately 120 metres away, and you will need to walk along a footpath with steps to reach the property. Its unique location offers peace, privacy, and an authentic Cycladic atmosphere.

Kipfari House features private parking at Platý Pigádi (2 minutes from the house). Α beautiful Cycladic house , located on the rocks , only one meter from the sea ! Words are not enough to describe the view of the Agean sea ,Kamares bay and the unique location! The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .
