Hi I'm a professional software engineer and a proud father of 3 beautiful children. I'm optimistic, and cheerful, and love communicating with others. Having just started hosting, excited to be a part of this community and to be able to help people feel right at home. Being an explorer myself, I find it really enlightening to discover new places and learn about local cultures. Right next to I-95 for convenient travel, to Washington DC or making a rest stop going further south. It is also very close to the Quantico military base, the Marine Corps Museum, and old town Fredericksburg. Also nearby a shopping plaza with a lot of convenience stores, restaurants and a sports center. Perfect for travel nurses and coming to stafford, Mary Washington hosp.

Horse farm near Manassas Battlefield.

Comfortable accommodations for horses and the people traveling with them. Private suite, private entrance (bedroom, bath, kitchenette) + 2 RV hookups water/electric. 6 stalls - nice paddock turnout. Lighted arena. Close to: Manassas Battlefield (25 mile trail); Skymeadow State Park (nice trails); several hunt clubs; VRE connections - to METRO; 3 miles to Manassas airport. Not accepting pets for the time being. Several wineries and breweries within 12 miles - ONLY 6 miles to Jiffy Lube Live.

Eveready Paradise Villa, Stafford is a 10,411 Sq. Ft. two-story home in Summerwood with gorgeous and stamped concrete patio. Guests are greeted in the foyer with the beautiful hardwood flooring in the main level. Off the foyer are two formal living rooms and two dining areas. On the upper level are very spacious 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet and an en suite bath with a soaker tub. There are 3 additional large bedrooms with ceilling fans and a full bath on the upper level.

Safe neighborhood. Close to Quantico. 40 miles to the DC National Mall. NO clothes washer.

The Inn at Dewberry. Our roomy studio apartment is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood just 4 miles from downtown historic Fredericksburg. For traveling medical personnel, Mary Washington Hospital is less than 4 miles away. Our area is rich in Civil War history with lots of great places to dine, shop, or catch a Fredericksburg National game at the ballpark. Close to I95 for a trip to Washington, DC (60 mi) or south to Richmond. Kitchenette but no stove. Microwave.
