Downtown Arcata Studio Apartment is in a fun and lively location just a block from the Arcata Plaza overlooking a popular seafood restaurant and next door to a winery/cidery. Countless restaurants, shops, and the Arcata Co-op are within a block or two. There is free parking in our private parking lot, fast 1 gig/second Wi-fi, washer/dryer in apt, and apt is behind secure gate w/keycode. If your dates aren’t available please let us know and we can add a stay in one of our other two apts.

From the deck of this one bedroom architecturally modern space, beautiful bayfront sunsets can be enjoyed. Arcata is a very pedestrian friendly, small town. Modern, light & airy one bedroom apartment, upstairs with the trees and sun. High ceilings, hardwood floors, quartz counter tops and a bar that seats four. Cal King size bed and a rollaway twin in the closet. You will feel like you're in your own private world. It's a pretty special place. And, for me, B & B stands for bed & breakfast. So I make sure you have something to eat in the morning. I can be flexible with check in and check out, if I don't have guests back to back. :-)

Located in what locals call Northtown, our Arcata home is a perfectly situated home base. You will find several eateries, cafes and a natural food grocery store all within a two block walk. You can access the two bridges over to the Cal Poly Humboldt campus a few blocks away and just beyond campus is the Arcata Community Forest with towering redwoods. Downtown Arcata is just a seven minute walk down the hill where you will find more restaurants and unique shops on the plaza.
