This is a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home located across the street from lovely Bohemian Park in the Arden area of Sacramento. Driveway parking available, easy freeway access to Business 80 and walking distance to Town and Country village with shopping, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, restaurants and groceries. Contemporary and modern furnishings in a classic home comfortably appointed to meet your business and travels needs. If you smoke or vape cigarettes, marijuana, or CBD, we are not a good fit.

You will have everything you need in the guest house including clean sheets, covers, towels and pillow cases and it has a full kitchen that we have stocked with basics. This fully furnished, custom-crafted studio has a unique and eclectic style. Re-purposed pallets are used throughout the studio, from accent walls to homemade art work. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster and hotplate, and general kitchen supplies. Air conditioning is cold, heater is hot!
