In het hart van de Ardennen met de herten en wildzwijnen, de rivier de Maas en de Semois, ligt het prachtige kasteeltje. Voor de deur vele wandelroutes, het Voie Verte fietspad (fietsen te huur), je kunt er varen (fluisterboot en kano's te huur), vissen, mountainbiken, forten, musea en brocantes bezoeken. Het kasteel dateert uit 1877 en is in 2018 geheel gerestaureerd. Aan de overkant van het chateau zit de bakker, een café en een restaurantje met terras. In het stadje zitten grote supermarkten.
