Das Apartment bietet alles was Du für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen: gut ausgestattete Kochnische mit Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Smart TV. Die großen Glas-Schiebefenster geben ein zum Meer hin tolles, offenes Wohngefühl. Viel Stauraum in den Einbauschränken, falls Sie einen längeren Aufenthalt planen. Hier triffst du auf ein entspanntes und gepflegtes Publikum internationaler Badegäste. Da die Badesaison hier ganzjährig ist, wachen auch immer Rettungsschwimmer über die Badegäste, sodass sich hier neben Paaren und Singles in der Ferienzeit auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern wohlfühlen. Playa de Anfi, auch Playa de la Verga genannt, ist ein wunderschöner, weisser Sandstrand. Auf der rechten Seite wird er von einer kleinen Insel begrenzt, die dank der vielen Pflanzen in sattem Grün erstrahlt. Dahinter befindet sich der Jachthafen. Auf der anderen Seite endet der Strand mit einer Mole. Sportfans kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. An Land wartet ein Volleyballfeld darauf, von dir genutzt zu werden. Spezielle Paketangebote machen diese Aktivitäten auch mit schmalem Portemonnaie möglich. Für Meerestierfans besteht die Möglichkeit im benachbarten Jachthafen eine Whale Watching Tour zu buchen oder auf Delfinsuche zu gehen. This cosy house is located in the urbanization Los Canarios 1 in Arguineguin. The area is one of the oldest tourist area in the city, nicely parkland, with flowers and palms. Its close to town and beach. The house has its own garden, furniture and barbecue. Parking in the street outside the house. The garden and outdoor area are part of the condominium and are maintained by them. This means that employees have access to the outdoor area around the houses for working.

La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón.
