Very clean, modern, stylish. Ten minute walk to bars, restaurants, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and the metro/subway which takes you to the National Mall, Zoo, and airports. Very easy parking. There are 20 wooden outside stairs to climb to get into the unit. Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We look forward to hosting you!

If two guests need a second bed it must be requested for onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!

If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
