Beautifully decorated and spacious home in a charming, Alexandria neighborhood near the King Street metro and the shops and restaurants of Old Town. Just a 16 minute drive to downtown Washington DC, with a chef's kitchen and a relaxing great room. The house is also just a 10 minute drive to the new MGM Casino or the Gaylord Resort and Convention Center at National Harbor. The "no parties in house" rule is strictly followed. If you want to have a party or an event, this is not the place for you.

My home features a brand new modern kitchen with all of the amenities you would find at home, updated bathroom with deep soaker tub and plenty of parking on site. You are within a 5 minute drive to the airport, 10 minutes to Old Town and Arlington and 15 minutes to DC. Not to mention 10 minute walking distance to the new Potomac Yard metro, many shops and restaurants. This is your home away from home.

A private suite & parking

You get everything you see in the pictures, a private suite ready to welcome a last-minute reservation. If you need to check in early or check out late, the host will try to accommodate you when possible. A $70 extra fee applies for a guest who wants to use the second bedroom. It is currently used to keep bedding and linen. It remains locked. The host will always knock or text before entering the living room on the first floor.
