Απέχει 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την Απολλωνία και τον Αρτεμώνα.Το σπίτι δεν είναι προσβάσιμο με αυτοκίνητο. Θα πρέπει να διανύσετε ένα μονοπάτι με σκαλιά(120 μ.) από τον πλησιέστερο δρόμο. Η στάθμευση μπορεί να είναι πιο μακριά, ανάλογα τη διαθεσιμότητα. Η τοποθεσία εξασφαλίζει ηρεμία και αυθεντική κυκλαδίτικη ατμόσφαιρα.

The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Το Utopia apartment 3 βρίσκεται στην ανατολική πλευρά τής Σίφνου σε μία από τις ομορφότερες τοποθεσίες του νησιού, με απέραντη θέα στο Αιγαίο πέλαγος, τά γύρω νησιά και το γραφικό, παραδοσιακό χωριό Κάστρο. Απέχει ένα χιλ.απο τήν πρωτεύουσα Απολλωνία με πολλά εστιατόρια, μπαράκια, ταβέρνες καί άλλα πού μπορεί να χρειαστείτε. Δυο χιλ.απο την κοντινότερη βραχώδη παραλία της περιοχής "Σεραλια΄΄ και 1,5 χιλ.απο τό χωριό Κάστρο.
