Dette er stedet dersom man ønsker nydelig utsikt og masse plass- i et rolig område. Koselig, lite hus med fine fasiliteter. Perfekt base om en vil på fisketur, badetur,topptur, vandretur,eller skitur- eller bare slappe av. 2.5 km til butikk. Huset ligger i enden av en blindveg, sammen med to andre hus (svært snille naboer). Huset er fra 1930-tallet, men 1.etajse har blitt renovert. 2.etasje, loftstrapp og hems er orginalt fra 1930.
