Forming part of an original 18th Century Stable located in the heart of the historic medieval town of Sandwich you will find this hidden away open plan 1st floor conversion which has been renovated to high standard creating a light & airy living space in the eaves of the stable & barn section. The property has its own entrance via a wooden external staircase to the side leading to 1st floor. There is a court yard, we do not have parking on site for guests but there is a car park 2 mins walk

Pear Tree is a romantic one-bedroom junior suite with a king-size bedroom with seating area opening onto a small private garden backing onto the neighbouring orchards. The cottage is annexed to the main farm house at Hawthorn Farm. Sleeping 1 or 2 people, it has a luxury spa bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Luxury white cotton bedlinen, and white cotton towels are provided. Centrally heated and double glazed. Free wifi access, private garden space, own BBQ and parking nearby.
