The farm is located approximately 45 minutes from the Talladega Race Track and Anniston (home to the Cheaha Challenge bicycle race),Talladega National Forest 10 minutes, Tallapoosa River and Lake Wedowee, 281 Scenic Byway, Scenic Hwy 49 that leads to US Military Park at Horse Shoe Bend.

Shared Sauna Available with cold plunge Saturday nights. Cabin is accessed by a trail (386 ft long) from the retreat center (521 ft from parking). Privy and shower are at the center. Parking for one car only. Parksland is a clothing optional retreat. We honor each person's clothing choices.

Looking for a unique place to stay? We have it. Cap's Caboose is a one of a kind overnight rental. It is in a quite friendly community, and is within a 30 minute drive of the beautiful Cheaha mountains (State Park). Ashland is the nearest town only 6 miles away and has several restaurants including McDonalds, several privately owned cafes and a Piggly Wiggly for groceries. There is a Dollar General in Millerville just 2 miles away.

Roast marshmallows by the fire while you star-gaze in the backyard or take a short walk down to the pavilion and nap in the hammock by the creek. Located just 10 miles from downtown Wedowee and only about 25 miles from the beautiful and scenic Cheaha State Park.
