The home site is perfectly cut into a groove in the hillside 200 feet above the valley below allowing for beautiful Mountain views and amazing privacy with no visible neighbors other than the variety of local wildlife. Enjoy the outdoor soaking tubs, wood fired sauna and a seasonal plunge pool. Just a short 5 minute drive to the lovely town of Rogue River and access to I-5. Pet friendly too!

The guest house, we affectionately call the Villa, is situated near great views, restaurants, wineries, and nature trails available in Jacksonville, Ashland and Medford. Located in the country with views of the famous pear orchards. Soak in a gorgeous cedar hot tub surrounded by forest. A quiet gem in the Siskiyou foothills, 15-20 min from Ashland’s Shakespeare Festival and Rogue Valley wineries. This craftsman tiny cabin sits above a seasonal creek with decks on two sides. Cozy loft bedroom, warm interiors, simple kitchenette. Wagner Creek trails steps away. Deer, turkeys, and occasional black bears visit. Eco-friendly throughout. Your restorative retreat awaits. We live on-site and love hosting but give you your space.

This vintage guest house is nestled along Neil Creek in the beautiful Rogue Valley. Only 4 miles (10 min drive) from the downtown plaza of Ashland you can enjoy restaurants, boutiques and the world famous Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Mt. Ashland is 30 minutes away and we are mere minutes from hiking and biking locations. We are conveniently located directly across the street from the public golf course, Oak Knoll, with easy access to I-5. Cedar Cottage is your perfect home away from home!

The Aloha House is located just above the University and only 1.5 miles from downtown Ashland. Nestled up a hill in the forest, you'll be transported to your own little private resort-like getaway with stunning views, architectural design that brings the outdoors in, and ample space for dining and entertaining poolside. The property consists of two separate studios (both included) connected by a unique outdoor living space with a seasonal pool, spa, outdoor shower, bar & BBQ, and more!

Vineyard Cottage-Winery, Hot Tub, Privacy

Our vineyard cottage is located at Weisinger Family Winery in Ashland, Oregon. Built c. 1920, our vineyard cottage was the original farmhouse on the property and was recently remodeled in order to encompass the amenities and comforts of home. The hot tub and BBQ on the deck overlook our Pinot Noir vineyard. The property has wonderful views and privacy. A complimentary bottle of wine, cheese, and crackers are awaiting your arrival along with a free tasting in our tasting room.

Yurt on the Applegate

Hot tub is back up and running.. Relax along the banks of the Applegate River. Enjoy a soak in the outdoor wooden hot tub or a swim in the river. Fall asleep in the comfy queen bed and enjoy the quiet of the country. We are about 15 minutes from downtown Grant's Pass and close to the Applegate vineyards. The cabin is very eco friendly, with an incineration toilet, on demand hot water, tucked into the woods. pets are welcome but please don't sneak them in.

BEE WELL Organic Spa Garden Studio w/ Hot Tub

This detached 420 sf apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 guests. Light-filled studio (from two solar tubes) on over 1/3 acre of flowers and fruit trees, three blocks from downtown, and craft foods and wine. Very close and easy access from the highway. Jacksonville is 6 miles, and the Ashland Plaza is 17 miles. Southern OR is filled with playhouses, delicious wine, yummy local restaurants, scenic rivers, and endless wilderness. Come enjoy!
