Welcome to our panoramic retreat in the piedmont clouds, with a 10 x 3 mt. pool. Nestled in nature, it is ideal for families and small groups. The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Al Magnolia vi aspettano due appartamenti in esclusiva per voi, una stupenda piscina immersa nel verde, provvista di patio chiudibile adatto ad ogni stagione con divani e tavoli, zone all'ombra e tanto spazio al sole. Troverete un'altra zona relax con un bel patio per la vasca idromassaggio a 40 gradi, calda tutto l’anno. Tutto immerso in un grande giardino attrezzato per ogni tipo di sport. La casa, dotata di piscina, è ubicata a due km dal centro abitato e si affaccia sulla valle . Gode di completa autonomia e permette agli ospiti di vivere in una cascina tipica con mobili d'epoca. Gli ospiti hanno l'esclusiva disponibilità della struttura. L'altra casa che si affaccia sul cortile (era un piccolo borgo) è sempre di mia proprietà ed è chiusa durante la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho scelto di avere pochi ospiti per garantire a loro ed a me più tranquillità.
