La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Cari ospiti, noi siamo Massimo e Roberta, abbiamo acquistato recentemente questo casolare risalente al 1800, circondato da castagni, vicino al paese di Pruno. Se volete immergervi nella natura questo è il luogo che fa per voi, troverete silenzio e tranquillità. Arriverete con l'auto in questa oasi di pace, accolti dall'ampia terrazza dove godrete del sole tutto il giorno, per finire ammirando il tramonto. Entrando il salottino con il camino d'inverno è molto intimo per leggere un libro .

Appartamento di 60 mq totalmente ristrutturato e arredato a fine maggio 2018 in stile marino. Composto da zona giorno open space, camera matrimoniale e cameretta con 2 letti, bagno con doccia con cromoterapia, secondo bagno di servizio, ampio balcone e garage privato. Situato in zona molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde, dista 5/10 minuti a piedi dal mare. Presenti wifi, smart tv con Netflix, aria condizionata, microonde, piano cottura a induzione, phone, biciclette, ecc.

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
